Delete your TeeConnect account

From the app

You can delete your account directly from the TeeConnect app by following these steps:

1. Open the TeeConnect app and go to your profile
2. Scroll down to the "Delete my account" button
3. Confirm your choice in the first dialog
4. Type the confirmation word to validate the permanent deletion

By email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

• To: contact@teeconnect.io
• Subject: TeeConnect account deletion
• Content: Include the email address associated with your TeeConnect account

What happens after deletion?

Deleting your account results in the immediate and permanent deletion of:

• Your profile and profile picture
• All your organised games and registrations
• All your messages and conversations
• Your tournament registrations and scores
• Your notification preferences and device tokens

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it will not be possible to recover your data.
